Sales volume down but prices remain stubbornly high....With oldish freehold properties in District 21 like Maple Woods and Blossomvale hitting close to $2200psf and the oldish District 10 in Mt Sinai /Holland Road hitting $2100psf, and Yong An Park still holding firm at $23xxpsf, it will not be surprising to see a transaction within the cluster near Great World City like Tiara, Melrose Park, Mirage Tower to successfully transact at $24xxpsf to $26xxpsf this year (right now highest record stands at $2361psf).
