Not sure if the buyer who just bought Hilford (60yrs frm 2013) is a retiree and didnt mind buying a 50yr-lease-remaining property at $1457psf… The latest caveat lodged as at date of writing in Feb 2023, was for a #05 unit, 398sft at $580,000 ($1457psf)
It now makes the other freehold district 21 properties at $16xxpsf look like a steal. Gardenvista (99yr from 1999) has transacted at 1800psf in Jan 2023
