In many cities, prices have soften. Singapore seems to be bucking the trend with prices still hitting new highs.

Eg. Just in District 11 alone,

*Amaryllis Ville* (99yr from 1997) breached another new ceiling at $2044psf;

*Lion Towers* opposite Novena MRT (freehold, TOP 1978, only 52 units) just sold $1735psf from the last done at $1343psf (but in year 2017)

*Adam Park Condo* freehold just sold at $1996psf (after one year with no caveats lodged)

*The Park Vale* (freehold, TOP 1997, only 42 units) just sold $1786psf from the last done at $1581psf (after 2 years with no caveats lodged)
