Over at Bukit Timah, Tessarina just lodged its latest caveat on 29 March 2021 at $2010psf. This is the highest transacted price psf lodged in the caveats since its TOP in year 2003.

Maplewoods continue to find its footing at the $18xxpsf range with the most recent March caveat at $1858psf for a 1324sft unit. The asking prices for the smaller 2 bedrms have now climbed to $18xxpsf to $21xxpsf.

Similarly over at King Albert Lodge, asking prices are now listing at $18xxpsf to $19xxpsf (This represents a jump of 20% from the last caveats lodged at approx $15xxpsf at King Albert Lodge).

Over at Holland, Pandan Valley's latest transaction hit above $1400psf. The only other time this occurred was for a unit at Blk 4 #12 in Nov 2019 at $1488psf. Now the 2 and 3 bedrms in Pandan Valley are generally asking $15xxpsf to $16xxpsf.
