At the Great World City cluster, Melrose Park latest August caveat broke yet another record at $2555psf....some buyers wrongly perceive the low level of turnover as low demand but the real reason is low supply….
Another case in point: The Ridgewood over at the Mount Sinai area, in District 10, in August 2023, it has just hit another new record price psf at $1921psf for the 4 bedrooms at $3.35M. Compare this to the previous done in April 2023 at $1609psf.
