Though sentiment on the ground is more adverse given more negative news than positive (global economic slowdown, Spore narrowly missed technical recession, resale volumes down, resale market decidedly quieter, price gaps between buyer n seller remain wide, slower take up rates in new condo launches) but analysts still believe prices still will hold out n and may still end off the year 3-6% higher than the last.
